Great choice of presents. Gift vouchers arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

I’ve bought from buyagift previously with no problem but this was first hotel break. Purchase was easy but using the voucher was another matter. I bought the voucher in response to a promotion using a hotel I’ve visited a few times before (without a voucher). I tried following buyagift’s process to book the hotel and was shocked when it said I had to pay a further cost to redeem the voucher. I got in touch with customer services and asked why I was being charged so much extra to book a hotel with my voucher and they told me it was because the buyagift website wasn’t yet ready to take hotel bookings. I waited a few more weeks and tried again and I was told exactly the same thing. I asked if they could help me book without having to pay hundreds of pounds extra and they didn’t reply. Buyagift for hotels Is definitely not recommended. I have screen shot the emails but I’m unable to upload them here.

Whats not to like, great deal, though got to try the hotels in the offer.

Bought as gift. Easy to order, prompt delivery & experience well detailed & looks good!! Sadly the presentation box is no longer the nice tin but the cardboard replacement is ok.

My purchase was a gift, and recipient, though very pleased with it, has not used it yet, so cannot comment on that. However, the service from the company was excellent - very helpful and most courteous. I would definitely recommend.

I have never had any problem when buying e vouchers from Buyagift however this time I have purchased a personalised gift. I was told this had been dispatched on 14 December. It is now 22 December and I am still waiting for delivery. This was for a christmas present so am very disappointed.

I found the same activity elsewhere tiny more economical BUT PAY ATTENTIONthe way they send the gift is absolutely amazingthe folder beautiful, everything really well thought through!I am not sure how the delivery of the activity will be like but for gift presentation 5 mega stars!
